1. Alcance
Estos Términos y Condiciones regulan la compra de entradas para los eventos organizados por El Play Date. Al comprar una entrada, aceptas quedar vinculado/a por estos Términos y Condiciones.
2. Requisitos de edad y participación
Cada evento de El Play Date está pensado para una franja de edad concreta, indicada en la página del evento en Luma.
El Play Date se reserva el derecho de denegar la entrada a cualquier persona que no se encuentre dentro de la franja de edad indicada, incluso si ha comprado una entrada.
Nuestro equipo puede pedirte un documento de identidad válido con foto en el registro para verificar tu edad.
Al comprar una entrada, confirmas que te encuentras dentro de la franja de edad indicada para ese evento.
3. Precio y pago
El precio de las entradas es el que aparece en la página del evento en el momento de la compra.
Los pagos se procesan de forma segura a través de Luma, con los métodos de pago disponibles en la plataforma.
4. Política de reembolsos
Las entradas no son reembolsables.
Según el artículo 103.l de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), las entradas para eventos de ocio que se celebran en una fecha concreta están exentas del plazo estándar de desistimiento de 14 días que se aplica habitualmente a las compras online.
Esto significa que, una vez comprada la entrada, no se pueden emitir reembolsos por cambio de opinión, imposibilidad de asistir o compra errónea.
Excepción: si El Play Date cancela el evento o realiza un cambio sustancial (como la fecha o el lugar), tendrás derecho a un reembolso íntegro.
5. Cambios o cancelación
El Play Date se reserva el derecho de cambiar la fecha, la hora o el lugar del evento cuando sea razonablemente necesario, o de cancelarlo por causa de fuerza mayor o por un número insuficiente de participantes.
Si esto ocurre, se informará a todas las personas con entrada tan pronto como sea razonablemente posible.
6. Transferencia de entradas
Las entradas pueden transferirse a otra persona siempre que:
la nueva persona asistente se encuentre dentro de la franja de edad indicada para ese evento;
se notifique a la organización antes del evento, por email o a través de Luma;
la notificación incluya el nombre completo y el email de la nueva persona asistente.
7. Código de conducta y derecho de admisión
El Play Date se reserva el derecho de denegar la entrada o de retirar del evento a cualquier participante cuyo comportamiento sea irrespetuoso, agresivo o disruptivo, o que no respete las normas básicas del evento.
La expulsión del evento no da derecho a reembolso.
8. Fotografía y vídeo
Al comprar una entrada, aceptas que El Play Date pueda tomar fotografías y grabaciones de vídeo sin sonido durante el evento con fines promocionales, incluyendo su uso en redes sociales, nuestra web y materiales publicitarios.
Ocasionalmente, podemos realizar breves entrevistas en cámara con audio para contenido de redes sociales. La participación en estas entrevistas es totalmente voluntaria. Nuestro equipo siempre pedirá tu consentimiento antes de grabar.
Si prefieres no aparecer en ningún contenido visual, simplemente coméntaselo a un miembro de nuestro equipo el día del evento.

9. Uso de inteligencia artificial
El Play Date utiliza herramientas de inteligencia artificial para ayudar a organizar los grupos de participantes y las conversaciones uno a uno, a partir de la información facilitada en el cuestionario de inscripción.
Para proteger tu privacidad, los datos procesados por estas herramientas de IA se anonimizan. Solo se utilizan tu nombre de pila y un número de participante asignado. Tu apellido, email, teléfono y selfie nunca se comparten con el sistema de IA.
Todos los resultados del emparejamiento son revisados por el equipo organizador antes del evento.
Tus respuestas al cuestionario nunca se comparten con otros participantes.
10. Selfie de registro
Como parte del proceso de inscripción, se pide a los participantes que suban una selfie para verificar su identidad en el check-in.
Esta imagen la utiliza exclusivamente el equipo organizador. No se comparte con otros participantes ni con terceros, no se usa con fines de marketing y nunca se envía a herramientas de IA.
11. Protección de datos
El responsable del tratamiento de datos es El Play Date (Ewelina).

Los datos personales recogidos a través del proceso de compra de entradas (Luma) y del cuestionario de emparejamiento previo al evento (Tally) se tratarán con las siguientes finalidades:
gestionar tu inscripción;
verificar tu elegibilidad para participar;
organizar los grupos de participantes y los emparejamientos uno a uno.
Tus datos se tratan de acuerdo con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) y la legislación española aplicable, incluyendo la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD).
Las plataformas utilizadas para tratar tus datos incluyen:
Luma (venta de entradas e inscripción)
Tally (cuestionario de emparejamiento y selfie de verificación)
Google Drive / Google Sheets (almacenamiento interno)
Algunos de estos servicios pueden almacenar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo. En esos casos, los proveedores correspondientes aplican garantías adecuadas, como las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea.
El Play Date no comparte tus datos personales con terceros adicionales, salvo cuando la ley lo exija.
Tus datos personales se conservarán únicamente durante el tiempo necesario para las finalidades descritas anteriormente o según lo exija la legislación aplicable.
Tienes derecho a acceder, rectificar, suprimir, limitar u oponerte al tratamiento de tus datos, así como a solicitar la portabilidad de los mismos.

También tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) si consideras que tus datos se han tratado de forma ilícita.
12. Responsabilidad
El Play Date no se responsabiliza de los objetos personales perdidos, robados o dañados durante el evento.
Tampoco nos responsabilizamos de incidentes derivados del comportamiento de otros participantes.
13. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos y Condiciones se rigen por las leyes de España.
Cualquier disputa quedará sujeta a la jurisdicción de los tribunales españoles competentes, de acuerdo con la legislación de protección al consumidor aplicable.

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for events organised by El Play Date. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Each El Play Date event is intended for a specific age group, as indicated on the event page on Luma.
El Play Date reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not fall within the specified age range, even if they have purchased a ticket.
Our team may ask you to present a valid photo ID at check-in to verify your age.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you fall within the age range stated for that event.
3. Ticket Price and Payment
Ticket prices are those displayed on the event page at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Luma using the payment methods available on the platform.
4. Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
Under Article 103(l) of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), tickets for leisure events taking place on a specific date are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period that normally applies to online purchases.
This means that once a ticket has been purchased, refunds cannot be issued due to a change of mind, inability to attend, or purchasing the wrong ticket.
Exception: If El Play Date cancels the event or makes a substantial change (such as the event date or venue), you will be entitled to a full refund.
5. Changes or Cancellation
El Play Date reserves the right to change the event date, time or venue where reasonably necessary, or to cancel the event due to force majeure or an insufficient number of participants.
If this happens, all ticket holders will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person provided that:
the new attendee falls within the age range specified for that event;
the organiser is notified before the event via email or through Luma;
the notification includes the new attendee's full name and email address.
7. Code of Conduct and Right of Admission
El Play Date reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behaviour is disrespectful, aggressive or disruptive, or who fails to respect the basic rules of the event.
Removal from the event does not entitle the participant to a refund.
8. Photography and Video
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that El Play Date may take photographs and silent video recordings during the event for promotional purposes, including use on social media, our website and advertising materials.
From time to time, we may also conduct short on-camera interviews with audio for social media content. Participation in these interviews is entirely voluntary. Our team will always ask for your consent before recording.
If you prefer not to appear in any visual content, simply let a member of our team know on the day of the event.

9. Use of Artificial Intelligence
El Play Date uses artificial intelligence tools to help organise participant groups and one-to-one conversations based on the information provided in the registration questionnaire.
To protect your privacy, the data processed by these AI tools is anonymised. Only your first name and an assigned participant number are used. Your surname, email address, phone number and selfie are never shared with the AI system.
All matching results are reviewed by the organising team before the event.
Your questionnaire responses are never shared with other participants.
10. Registration Selfie
As part of the registration process, participants are asked to upload a selfie for identity verification at check-in.
This image is used exclusively by the organising team. It is not shared with other participants or third parties, is not used for marketing purposes, and is never submitted to AI tools.
11. Data Protection
The data controller is El Play Date (Ewelina).

Personal data collected through both the ticket purchase process (Luma) and the pre-event matching questionnaire (Tally) will be processed for the purposes of:
managing your registration;
verifying your eligibility to participate;
organising participant groups and one-to-one matches.
Your data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable Spanish data protection legislation, including Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
The platforms used to process your data include:
Luma (ticketing and registration)
Tally (matching questionnaire and verification selfie)
Google Drive / Google Sheets (internal storage)
Some of these services may store data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant providers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
El Play Date does not share your personal data with any additional third parties except where required by law.
Your personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to request data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
12. Liability
El Play Date accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged during the event.
We are also not responsible for incidents arising from the behaviour of other participants.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Spanish courts in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
